LHH is Hiring a Director Revenue Cycle Near Chicago, IL
LHH is currently seeking a Director of Revenue Cycle for one of our Chicago, IL healthcare clients. In this role you will oversee all aspects of the facility/hospital revenue cycle functions. This is a hybrid role offering two days working from home and three days in the office.
Requirements
-Lead all aspects of the facility revenue cycle including billing, claims follow up, self-pay collections and financial clearance
-Provide high level leadership by interpreting data and recommending and executive process improvement
-Prepare financial reports and present to leadership team
-Provide direction to Revenue Cycle Manager and Supervisors
Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree
-3 years of hospital or ambulatory leadership at the Manager or Director level
-5 years of experience in hospital or facility billing
-Strong knowledge of medical terminology and third-party payer procedures
-Excellent communication skills
Compensation
-$120-$170k annually
