Accounting Now is Hiring a Hr generalist Near Eatonville, FL
SNI Companies has partnered with a local manufacturing company in the Orlando area that is seeking to bring an HR Generalist onto their team immediately.
This position is on-site Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM.
Responsibilities
- Create and update records such as worker compensation claims, vacation accruals, and conduct onboarding for new hires.
- Recruitment activity includes contacting applicants to screen and schedule appointments.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred but not required.
- At least 3 years of experience within Human Resources or related field.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
