Transformation: Finance Transformation and Process Optimization

With the increase in complexity of the business environment and transactions, CFOs of private equity backed companies are increasingly being looked towards to drive strategic insights for their business. Finance organizations are no longer simply result reporters, but rather, they couple these results with forward looking data to provide strategic insights which are leveraged to make business decisions. Efficiency of process and meaningful control environments allows for speed of financial reporting with increasingly accurate measures, leaving more time for the finance team to add future enterprise value, rather than look backwards.

Accordion’s Transformation Practice is comprised of a dedicated team providing strategic advice to support PE backed portfolio companies on a wide range of transactions and events, including profitability improvements, finance process optimization, liquidity enhancements and digital transformation resulting from a transaction. We are doers and problem solvers – making sense of complexity and bolstering sponsors’ value creation thesis’s.

This role can be based in any of our US office locations and is a hybrid role. Ideal candidates should be local to the desired location, with the flexibility to work remotely 2-3 days a week, blending the best of both worlds for efficiency and collaboration.

What You’ll Do:

Accordion is seeking a Senior Director, that is a proven expert in leading healthcare technology integrations and standing up healthcare-centric ETLs and data warehouses. This position will support and architect solutions for Accordion teams leading Revenue Cycle Management digital transformation and data-warehouse and reporting-insight initiatives. The position will also serve as the liaison to client CTO/Senior IT staff. Solutions to be integrated with or developed include:

• Automated Eligibility and Benefit Verification
• Automated Prior Authorizations
• Automated Patient Responsibility Estimation and collection solutions
• Automated Patient Posting solutions
• Bank Deposit to 835 Remit Reconciliations
• Posting Reconciliations
• Patient Credit & unclaimed property reporting
• Denial Management Reporting and workflow
• Comprehensive RCM Metric and Reporting

Ideally, You Have:

• Bachelor's degree required;
• Minimum 10 years of experience working in healthcare technology and a minimum of 5 years in provider/physician space.
• History of Architecture and Development of RCM solutions including but not limited to:
  • Eligibility and Benefit Verification
  • Prior Authorizations
  • Patient Responsibility Estimation and collection solutions
  • Patient Posting solutions
  • Bank Deposit to 835 Remit Reconciliations
  • Posting Reconciliations
  • Patient Credit & unclaimed property reporting
  • Denial Management Reporting and workflow
  • Comprehensive RCM Metric and Reporting
  • Clinical Note Integration (API)
• Extensive working knowledge of Cloud computing platforms including Amazon Web Services.

Salary: $200,000 to $220,000 benefits bonus

Actual compensation packages are determined by evaluating a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, education, certifications, cost of labor and internal equity.
