Job Description
What you will be doing :
Reporting to the Director of Front Office, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following :
- Oversee and resolve all guest communication in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain guest accounts : guest checks, master accounts, vouchers, gift certificates, etc.
- Respond to all guests in a timely manner, ensure follow-up.
- Perform all functions of guest registry including check in and check out, updating reservations and guest profiles to 100% accuracy.
- Maintain and protect guest privacy and discretion.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include :
- Excellent communication and organization skills required
- Strong guest service background
- A professional presentation
- Previous customer service experience required
- Previous Opera Cloud experience is an asset
