We are actively hiring a Systems Engineer with TS/SCI clearance and polygraph to join our Enterprise Services & Solutions Division working in Annapolis Junction, MD.
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with a development team of 5 developers
• Provide process improvement, systems engineering, requirement management and vision execution in support of the Data Normalization and Automation (DNA) TTO.
• Agile development, and instilling agile values, principles and practices into the team
• Planning and organizing demos
• Ensuring proper use of collaborative processes, and removing impediments from team or escalating them for removal
• Analyzing and reengineering business processes

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
• Strong problem-solving skills,
• Ability to learn fast and willing to learn in public
• Excellent people skills, in order to partner with Product Owner and the leadership team.

PREFERRED SKILLS

• SCRUM Master Certified preferred
