As the Director of Enterprise, you will be responsible for managing and strategic planning of a full cycle, new business, revenue activation team. You will be managing the largest existing funnel of accessiBe revenue and the most senior members of our Account Management Team. This funnel operates as a “sell through” revenue sharing model designed to attract marketing agencies to make their customers' websites accessible.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing and growing a team of high performing account managers who activate our partnerships and generate revenue.
• Continuously improve the processes, analysis, and tactics deployed by our partnerships team to increase (double) revenue in the coming year.
• Evaluate and Maintain behavioral and growth tactics.
• Strategically plan and implement new initiatives that support growth, analysis, and sales best practices.

What we’ll want you to have:

• Experience in managing a team of 15
• Sales process understanding of revenue sharing models/sell through
• Understanding of sales methodologies (cold calling, value selling, closing)
• Ability to thrive and work fast in a competitive environment
• Ability to assess business opportunities and use data to inform decision making
• Ambitious and result-oriented with excellent communication skills
