AccessAbility Inc. is a small business-NON_PROFIT_ASSOCIATION in Minneapolis, MN 55413. We are agile and social.

This production position is responsible for supervising the work of persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a production setting through job coaching, skills training, and by encouraging them to reach their potential. Will facilitate other activities during low work periods and may also drive an AM pick-up or PM drop-off route for persons served who live in the area of the facility and drive persons to community outings (e.g., trips to the park, museum, mall, etc.) when scheduled. Must ensure the health, safety, and protection of rights of each person. (No personal care is required; we have other staff responsible for this.)

Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications:
18 years or older and have a HS diploma or equivalent-preferred.
Must have a valid driver's license and insurance as this position does include transporting individuals.
Patience, kindness, calm and the ability to problem solve.
Uplifting energy and heart for the mission of serving others.
Must meet DHS criteria for background screening.
Ability to be flexible as this position includes a variety of tasks.
Must be able to lift, push and pull with no lifting restrictions.
