Job Responsibilities:

• Education and assisting clients on our products & services.
• Obtaining qualifying medical documentation and insurance benefits for products.
• Ability to deliver great customer experiences in a retail setting.

What We are Looking for:

• · Customer Service or Retail experience
• · Strong people skills, approachable, good listener, and empathetic
• · Ability to multitask and stay organized
• · Knowledge and experience with durable medical equipment (preferred)
• · Knowledge and experience with DME billing (preferred)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ravenna, OH 44266: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• DME: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service: 3 years (Required)
