About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Corporate Controller to lead its global accounting function during a period of rapid growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing new procedures, systems, and controls to support the finance function as it scales. This includes leading financial and accounting integration efforts for new acquisitions, overseeing global compliance, and acting as the primary point of contact with external investors. The role is highly impactful and hands-on, requiring a combination of technical expertise, business acumen, and the management of a large team of financial professionals with diverse backgrounds.Key qualifications for the VP, Corporate Controller position include comprehensive technical GAAP accounting skills, a minimum of five years of experience with the SaaS business model in the software industry, and a strong understanding of purchase accounting and consolidation of new entities. Experience in private equity-backed technology companies is preferred. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, an active CPA, and a minimum of ten years of relevant experience. Advanced skills in MS Excel and Google Suite are also required. The role demands a leader who is adept at operating and scaling in a multi-national, high-growth environment, and who can effectively manage the financial aspects of M&A activities.
