**Job Overview**
**Honkamp,** P.C., a top 10 Midwest CPA and business advisory firm, is seeking a payroll customer service representative to support, process, and assist customers with their payrolls and payroll questions.
**Key responsibilities may include:**
Answering customer calls in a timely and positive manner
Providing a high level of customer service to clients via telephone, email, and face to face contact
Assisting and advising customers in the utilization of software
Processing client payrolls accurately and to the client's specifications
**The ideal candidate:**
We're interested in organized individuals who are committed to providing exceptional customer support. The payroll customer service representative will have excellent communication and organization skills.
This role requires:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Associate's degree (A.A.) or technical school training preferred
Previous payroll experience preferred
Keen attention to detail
Strong communication skills
