Job Description:

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Technical Trainer to Design engaging course material to explain technical procedures and best practices. 

Responsibilities:

• Assess training needs and requirements, conducting gap analysis as necessary
• Develop customized training curriculum materials based on custom configurations—to include briefs, detailed user guidance, and exercises
• Design technical instruction using simple language
• Plan, prepare, and deliver learning programs
• Train/teach and present live and in-person and virtual
• Create video modules for enterprise-wide distribution
• Track and assess training feedback; incorporate in an iterative manner
• Maintain updated records of curriculum. Regularly reevaluate existing materials and update as needed

Here's what you need:

• Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience with technical training, computer science, IT, or software management or experience with technical training, computer science, IT, or software management
• Excellent oral and written communication ability
• Analytic and technical expertise
• Efficient and organized
• Familiarity with educational techniques
• Solid interpersonal skills

Bonus points if:

• Experience with ServiceNow (CSA ideal), CRM, or other PaaS
• Certified technical training

Security Clearance:

• Must have an active TS/SCI clearance
