The work: 

• Support a new corporate initiative to provide secure workspaces for developers to conduct development and testing for the entire company
• Install and configure virtual desktop software and services in Amazon Web Services
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software or applications utilizing ServiceNow
• Analyze records and logs to spot underlying trends and potential issues
• Support the implementation of new solutions or applications and maintain approved versions of the applications
• Establish accounts for new users and assist with password or login problems
• Provide information and contribute to the Frequently Asked Questions and Knowledge Base according to issues encountered while supporting the platform

Here’s what you need:  

• 1 year experience utilizing ServiceNow or other ticketing system
• Familiarity with development pipeline tools such as GitHub, Nessus, SonarCube, etc.
• Understanding of IT service management and support operations

Bonus points if you have:

• Certified AWS practitioner or administrator
