Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the recruiting team’s day to day lead to include:
  • Work with the recruiters to develop and provide recruiting plans to meet hiring goals and report on progress
  • Approve offers for the demand areas the recruiters are responsible for
  • Mentor recruiters on building improving client relationships and on finding and recruiting talent
  • Assign demand and drive recruiting productivity across projects; remove obstacles allowing for maximum productivity for the team
  • Oversee recruiting coordinator workload, providing direction and oversight as needed

• Deliver hiring results against forecast while resource planning for future demand
• Work closely with Leadership, including project leaders, to understand the details of the short- and long-term needs of the business in order to champion recruiting solutions
• Deliver recruiting status/ad hoc reports to senior leadership as needed
• Escalate recruiter staffing needs and business challenges as needed to Recruiting Lead
• Drive additional recruiting efforts such as career fairs, sourcing efforts, etc.
• Collaborate with peers to help ensure the overall success of the team and to ensure we’re leveraging all appropriate parts of the team
• Support collaboration across recruiting teams and business to improve diversity hiring
• Ensure data quality in Recruiting System and for reports for demand areas

Here's What You Need:

• Experience managing a recruiting team, including experience coaching and mentoring others
• Experience developing recruiting strategies designed to deliver results 
• Experience leveraging metrics and using a data driven approach to solve hiring challenges
• Experience supporting leaders, including regular interaction with key stakeholders 
• Have an understanding of the federal and technology landscape, including market challenges and how to overcome them 

Bonus Points:

• Federal consulting experience preferred
• Experience recruiting technologies such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP etc.
• Experience developing creative sourcing ideas to filling difficult recruiting demand
