The work:

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Maintaining and delivering key technologies streams for the service line multi-tenant and multi-cloud production-computing platform
• Resolving complex technology issues, handling technical infrastructure tasks, managing/executing activities related to technical maintenance and administration of the AWS, Oracle
• Supporting and improving infrastructure monitoring and reporting tools and configuration management solutions, as well as contributing technology subject matter expertise to the team
• Interacting with application vendors (e.g., AWS, Oracle, Azure) and ensuring timely support guidance for technical inquiries
• Collaborating and building working relationships with supporting teams (Service Delivery, Security, Engineering, and PMO)
• Providing technical input for all maintenance requests that are approved via ITIL change management process.
• Coordinating activities related to technical maintenance and administration of the infrastructure environments
• Reviewing and monitoring reports and ensure all issues are being addresses
• Creating and maintaining appropriate documentation for system activities
• Coordinating and participating in application updates and upgrade projects
• Ensuring all ITIL processes (e.g., incident, problem, change, etc.) are followed
• Training/teaching/collaborating with Level 1 Analysts to provide mentorship and feedback around lessons learned

Here’s what you need:

• 1-3 years of experience with Linux administration, particularly with servers in virtualized and hosted cloud environments
• Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Oracle cloud provider experience for hosting and migration
• Familiarity with the fundamentals of Linux scripting languages
• Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining services related to patching in both Linux and Windows environments
• Familiarity with load balancing, firewalls, and networking
• Ability to monitor services on production servers

Bonus Points if you have:

• Security Certification
• AWS and/or OCI certifications
• Experience with various automation tools
• Knowledge of server applications such as: Tableau, Fortiweb, Elastic, OpenVPN, Duo, etc.

Work Hours Requirements

• Ability to work 2nd shift hours in Central Standard Time
• Ability to participate in on-call support rotation

California: $67,200 - $154,800

Colorado: $67,200 - $133,700

New York: $62,100 - $154,800

Washington State: $71,500 – $142,300
