In this role, you'll spearhead the management of marketing automation platforms like HubSpot and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring seamless integration with third-party tools.

From overseeing day-to-day tasks within HubSpot to hosting monthly webinars, you'll play a pivotal role in optimizing marketing campaigns and enhancing collaboration between sales and marketing teams. What you'll do

  • Manage and oversee marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including integrations with various third-party platforms like Zoominfo, ZoomChat, Salesloft, Orum, Spinify, Zapier, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Winsor.
  • Handle the day-to-day administration tasks within HubSpot, including but not limited to workflow management, creation of landing pages, forms, internal and external marketing emails, and list uploads.
  • Ensure data cleanliness and accuracy by cleaning and uploading demand generation lists, including those for events and trade media
  • Host monthly webinars and oversee tasks from registration to post-webinar recap to ensure smooth execution and follow-up.
  • Take a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for process improvements and drive changes and efficiencies across marketing programs, systems, and reporting.
  • Develop and implement an integration framework to facilitate enhanced collaboration between sales and marketing teams.
  • Take ownership of tools and processes aimed at delivering efficiencies in campaign and lead management, thereby optimizing the conversion of marketing-generated leads through the sales funnel.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security by implementing and maintaining data governance best practices, collaborating closely with IT and data teams.
  • Lead the evaluation of innovative technologies and make recommendations to enhance our marketing technology stack, supporting future growth and efficiency objectives.
  • Champion initiatives aimed at driving operational excellence within the team through the use of AI and other cutting-edge technologies.
  • Key support for the Inside sales and marketing team.

What you'll bring with you

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience (5 years) in managing and administering marketing automation platforms, specifically HubSpot and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Proficiency in integrating and managing third-party platforms such as Zoominfo, ZoomChat, Salesloft, Orum, Spinify, Zapier, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Winsor.
  • Demonstrated expertise in HubSpot administration, including workflow management, landing pages, forms, and email marketing.
  • Experience with data management and lead scoring processes, preferably using tools like Hubspot, Zapier and Tableau.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to effectively host and manage webinars from registration through to post-event follow-up.
  • Proven track record of driving process improvements and efficiencies across marketing programs, systems, and reporting.
  • Experience in developing integration frameworks to enhance collaboration between sales and marketing teams.
  • Familiarity with data governance best practices and experience ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security.
  • Ability to stay updated with the latest marketing technology trends and make informed recommendations for enhancing the marketing technology stack.
  • Experience championing initiatives aimed at driving operational excellence, preferably leveraging AI and other advanced technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
