We are a growing Tax Resolution Company looking to add to our Client Relations Team.

Our Client Relations Specialists are the central point of contact for all clients and play an integral part in the success of a case. Client Relations Specialists build an understanding of customer’s needs/expectations and establishes rapport. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Facilitate efficient progression of casework flow coordinating closely with a Supervising Attorney.
• Initiates cases with clients to ensure that client's expectations align with contract; manages case file throughout process; and conducts tax liability analyses;
• Maintains effective communication with clients regarding milestones related to tax strategy and plan, using CRM software and case files to notate and manage case

A successful Client Relations Team member will possess excellent interpersonal communication skills – these skills are A MUST in this position! Must enjoy client contact, have strong organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines and be attentive to details. A positive attitude and solid work ethic are required.

Experience/education

• Two years business experience, preferably in a professional field to include gathering/handling/acting on information; OR a bachelor’s degree in a related profession such as tax accounting, finance, pre-law
• One year minimum experience successfully serving customers telephonically, with a preference for financial industry telephonic service experience (e.g., insurance, banking, lending or other financial services)
• General knowledge of IRS and taxation is preferred and necessary for advancement, but not a must to start

Full time position with starting compensation based on experience. We are currently in-person only, but moving towards a hybrid model.

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
