Responsibilities. This is an inbound phone sales role with outbound follow-ups and monitoring. Be prepared for a moderate load of inbound calls and to convert warm leads into clients through proper vetting of callers, feedback from team leads, and guidance from our legal team.
- Answer inbound calls from customers seeking help with state and federal income tax liabilities. We do not cold-call customers so you are dealing with warm leads from callers who are seeking help with their tax issues.
- Provide consultation to determine customer's eligibility for tax resolution services
- Provide guidance on tax-related issues and answer client inquiries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary financial information
- Stay updated on major changes in tax laws and regulations

Requirements:
- Experience with online sales and customer service; a desire to help people in financial need
- a foundational knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and best practices is helpful, but your willingness to learn is even more important
- Proficient in using call center (e.g., VanillaSoft) and customer relation software such as Sugar

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
