Under the general direction of the Director of Employee/Labor Relations, this position assists in the development and interpretation of Human Resource policies, collective bargaining agreements, EEO and employment laws and regulations.
Required Education:
Bachelor's Degree
Necessary Skills:
Demonstrated proficiency with interpersonal verbal and written communication.
Conflict resolution and cognitive reasoning.
Knowledge of applicable state and federal laws (EEO, FMLA, ADA, etc.).
Word processing, database spreadsheets and computer applications abilities required.
Required Experience:
3-5 years HR experience with a concentration in employee relations or healthcare management
Preferred Experience:
Labor relations experience in a union environment. Experience in a healthcare setting.
