Accelecom is Hiring a Senior Sales Operations Analyst Near Louisville, KY

We’re adding a Senior Sales Operations Analyst to our Sales Operations and Engineering team. Bring your data analytic skills, advanced Salesforce knowledge, collaborative mindset and join our team!

· Reports to the Commercial Operations leader supporting the Sales team and Senior Management team with report and dashboard creation, sales, finance and operational modeling, data analysis, and prepare executive level presentations

· Superior Excel skills bringing an analytical and problem-solving mindset to standard challenges offering strategic recommendation & solutions to key stakeholders

· Improve or define processes that promote data integrity and reporting functionality to establish reporting standards and industry leading practices

· Assists with Sales process automation and partner with IT to identify System changes for automation and increased data integrity

· Support the monthly Sales compensation process and order validation

· Assist with the creation and modeling of Sales commission plans

· Assist Sales team with data analysis and gather industry and territory information for Account assignment and GTM plans

· Assist with Sales training and produce Sales process material to assist with onboarding and Sales enablement

· Manage dashboards and reports from CRM tool (SalesForce.com) and ensure accuracy and consistency across the Sales organization

· Provide support for Sales team and prepare standardized reporting, analysis, and communications to support sales leaders make business decisions

· Develop a thorough understanding of key sales data sources and how they interact with one another to produce meaningful reporting and to identify workarounds to address gaps in data

· Collecting, analyzing, evaluating, and reporting data to track sales performance metrics

· Ability to prioritize requests and work in a cross-functional team environment to achieve outcomes with a high degree of autonomy

· Possessing proven communication skills, including experience effectively working with senior management

· Independent problem solver that demonstrates resourcefulness and takes initiative

· Work independently and in a team environment, in order to achieve personal and team goals and complete assignments within established time frames

· Plan, organize and prioritize multiple assignments and projects

· Approachable individual that actively engages with sales team, internal support teams, and Executives to achieve common goals

· Accurate and timely analysis working with large multi-variable data sets

· Superior Excel skills coupled with strong analytical capabilities and business savvy

Qualification Requirements:

· Associates degree in business / finance or equivalent

· Excellent Excel and analytical skills

· Fluent in reading, writing, and verbal communications

· Competency in Microsoft Office products

· Accounting, Sales, Commission understanding

· Experience in Sales Financial Modeling

· High level of Business Acumen and Integrity

· Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic

· Experience with Sales Data

· Strong problem-solving toolkit with an ability to turn business problems into projects

· Capacity to focus on large data sets and distill key facts over many hours of work

· Outstanding analytical, problem solving, and creative thinking abilities; enterprising and resourceful, self-starter and team player

· Experience with standard Salesforce functionality such as workflows, metrics, reports and relevant sales processes they support

· 3 – 5 years of experience in an analytical role; ideally in sales or marketing or finance

· Excellent organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail

· 1 – 3 years of experience in the telecommunications, wholesaler, or consulting industry preferred

Preferred Experience:

· Salesforce software knowledge

· Rev.Io software knowledge

· Knowledge of telecommunications and broadband

· Communicates effectively

· BA/BS in Finance, Accounting or Business
