Acara Solution is looking for a 2nd Shift Electronic Assembler for Our client located in Canonsburg, PA
Here's what you'd do :
- Perform assembly of complex electronic, mechanical, and electro-mechanical products while working within a team environment as well as independently as needed.
- Rigorous product requirements demand strict attention to detail and an aptitude for providing quality workmanship.
- Circuit card Assembly
- Development and refinement of manufacturing processes
- Reading of drawings and troubleshooting
- Electronic, Mechanical, and Electro-mechanical assembly.
- Install components and sub-assemblies by providing work instructions.
- Assembled printed circuit boards following specifications and work instructions.
- Uses electronic, hand-powered, and pneumatic tools.
- Keeps accurate records for build information, anomalies, defects, and test data.
- Maintains all manufacturing-related equipment and facilities.
- Contributes to the workplace organization initiatives.
Job Requirements Required Skills / Qualifications :
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years experience with and able to use hand tools and small power tools
Preferred Skills / Qualifications :
- Able to read, understand, and follow technical drawings, datasheets, and written work instructions.
- Provides feedback to manufacturing engineers on ways to improve procedural steps and process implementation.
- Exhibits computer skills
- Good verbal and technical writing skills
- Possesses and maintains a good attendance record and can work overtime when needed (nights and weekends)
- Good organizational tendencies and practices.
- Proficient in cable and wire harness assembly
