Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Gardener to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for plants and outdoor spaces, with experience in maintaining and cultivating gardens.

Responsibilities:
- Utilize both power tools and hand tools for various gardening tasks
- Perform landscape maintenance including trimming, and weeding
- Plant, irrigate, and maintain flowers, shrubs, trees, and other plants
- Ensure proper care of flower bed's through watering, fertilizing, and pest control
- Collaborate with the team to design and implement garden layouts

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in gardening, landscaping, or farm work
- Knowledge of plant care techniques and landscape design principles
- Ability to operate and maintain gardening equipment efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Familiarity with irrigation systems
- Knowledge of lawn care practices
