What You’ll Do:

• Effectively manage multiple tasks; scheduling & coordinating work orders, fielding customer inquiries, etc.
• Effective time management: hit deadlines & service level agreements.
• Work effectively as part of a team, effective teamwork & cross department collaboration.
• Coachable, demonstrate a willingness to learn and be coached.
• Proactive problem solver vs reactive problem solver; must be able to actively meet the customer’s needs.
• Effective decision making; demonstrating effective problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle high volume of emails and phone calls.
• Clear internal & external communication skills; able to effectively communicate with multiple audiences.
• Must have computer (PC) literacy & ability to work on multiple screens, Microsoft office proficient.

Qualifications and Requirement:

• Dispatch experience.
• Knowledge of MS Office: Outlook and Excel.
• Ability to analyze data.
• Ability to work overtime when necessary.
