Maintenance Technician/Mechanic to work on first shift or second shift. Work includes machine maintenance and repair as well as some facility maintenance. Use of shop and hand tools. Ability to learn equipment, follow safety protocols and dependability necessary.

Hours: 1st Shift Hours Currently: M-Th: 4/6am to 2:00 pm

Hours: 2nd Shift Hours Currently: M-Th: 4pm to 2am/4am.

Shift may change to 8 hours shift but for now maintenance is working Monday-Friday 10/12 hours shifts.

Primary Functions

• Repair mechanical equipment such as mechanical drives, clutches, brakes, valves, pipes, gauges, blowers, and the dismantling and reassembly of mechanical equipment, component replacement.
• Able to perform regular and emergency maintenance, repairs and troubleshooting in a prompt and timely manner.
• Complete routine preventative maintenance and document
• Review and inspect machines as needed to determine repair.
• Complete repairs and parts replacement.
• Read, write and speaking of the English Language.
• Physically capable to fully use of hand, arms, legs and body. Ability to stand throughout shift, lift, push, pull, crouch, bend, crawl, see, hear, speak, etc. to complete maintenance and repair functions.
• Valid Driver’s License
• Able to adherence to health and safety regulations (e.g., necessary use of protective gear), lock out tag out, etc.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.

Required Skills and Experience

• 3-5 years of manufacturing maintenance work experience.
• Required skills must include pneumatics, mechanics, hydraulics, machining and welding.
