Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Responsibilities: - Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner - Take drink orders and provide recommendations based on customer preferences - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a timely manner - Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area - Process customer payments using cash register or POS system - Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed - Engage with customers, answer questions, and address any concerns or complaints - Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of the establishment Skills: - Strong hospitality skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service - Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently - Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting - Proficiency in operating a cash register or POS system - Knowledge of food handling and safety procedures - Familiarity with retail math for accurate cash handling - Experience with Aloha POS system is a plus - Effective communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues If you are passionate about bartending, have excellent customer service skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we invite you to apply for this position.
