Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a motivated and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team at our St. Augustine location. The ideal candidate will exhibit a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent organizational skills.

Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in our operations by answering incoming calls and scheduling appointments for various departments based on homeowner inquiries. Your responsibilities will include verifying customer information, providing product service information, tracking problem status, and managing customer inquiries and concerns. You will also assist walk in customers and deliveries.

General Duties:

• Schedule appointments for Service, Maintenance, and Add-on Replacement Departments
• Verify customer information and provide product service information by answering questions
• Track problem status until resolution is achieved
• Manage difficult or emotional customer situations; respond promptly to customer needs; meet commitments
• Prioritize and plan work activities, use time efficiently, set goals and objectives, use reason and logic
• Approach others in a polite and tactful manner, maintain composure, and react well under pressure
• Assisting with walk-in customers, signing for deliveries and ensuring area is clean and tidy.
