Job Summary
The Front Desk Agent is responsible for greeting and registering the guest providing outstanding guest service during their stay and settling the guest's account upon completion of their stay. Primary responsibilities include: registering guests making and modifying reservations hotel operator and concierge duties. Providing attentive courteous and efficient service to all guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay.

Located in Phoenix, 7.2 miles from Copper Square, AC Hotel Phoenix Biltmore has accommodations with an outdoor swimming pool, private parking, a fitness center and a shared lounge. The property is around 7.6 miles from Phoenix Convention Center, 2.1 miles from Wrigley Mansion and 4.5 miles from Papago Park. The hotel provides city views, a sun terrace, a 24-hour front desk, and free WiFi is available throughout the property.
