This position is responsible for oversight and management of various sections of the pilot CBA, including all aspects of crew travel, FAA correspondence tracking, the application of the Flight SMS program and the supervision of the administrative assistants in the Flight department.

Requirements:

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills combined with the ability to lead change
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree 
• Experience in LSY Netline Crew or other flight crew scheduling software
• Previous management experience
