Our company is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join to our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with planning, organization, and management of projects assigned and delivering projects according to the schedule while keeping within the budget as well as any other responsibilities that the project or company needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedules tasks
- Plan tasks
- Deal with client
- Coordinates work, with team.
- Documents and follows up.
- Create change order pricing.
- Create RFI's, PO's,
- Gets quotes.
- Estimating new projects
Essential Reqs.
- Bachelors Deg.
- Read and write English
- Scheduling software, Excel, Procore
- 2 year experience in a Project Engineer or Management role with the ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously
- Blueprints reading
- Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to organize necessary resources, including people, tools and time to meet tight deadlines and achieve desired results
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong computer skills with a variety of software packages
