Description

JOB TITLE: Talent Acquisition Specialist

REPORTS TO: Director of Human Resources

RESPONSIBILITIES: The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for helping build best-in-class talent acquisition practices for all levels within Abri Health Care. This position will use traditional sourcing strategies as well as lead the development of innovative recruiting ideas for both corporate and field operation roles. Fosters a positive work environment. Ensures policies and procedures are followed in compliance with state and federal equal employment opportunity laws.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree of Human Resources or Business preferred, or equivalent experience
  • Two (2) to three (3) years of Human Resources / recruiting experience
  • Strong knowledge of best practices in recruiting
  • Basic knowledge of HR related concepts, regulations, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with impeccable attention to detail
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) products, as well as Internet savvy
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and telephone etiquette skills

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Advertises and Recruits for Abri Staffing Agency
  • Works closely with Human Resources Generalist to ensure all Pre-Employment and Onboarding requirements are followed
  • Assists in managing time corrections for Abri Staffing Agency
  • Assists in ensuring that all compliance trainings are completed by team members
  • Works with the Director of Clinical Operations and Director of Human Resources regarding performance issues
  • Creates and posts requisitions within Paycom and other job boards
  • Cooperates and works together with all co-workers; plan and complete job duties with minimal supervisory direction, including appropriate judgement.
  • Assist with employee relation matters on an as needed basis
  • Ensures all employee paperwork and documentation are complete, accurate and secure
  • Assist with various HR related projects
  • Complete and/or attend required in-service training.
  • Communicate in a professional and courteous manner using effective verbal and non-verbal communication skills with residents, their families, and team members.
  • Maintain confidentiality of department, resident, employee information, communication, and documentation as well as compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) regulations.
  • Maintain compliance with companys Compliance program and plan.
  • Adhere to the Abri Code of Conduct
  • These duties are not all-inclusive but provide minimum performance expectations and are reviewed in the performance process.
