Description

Abramson Labor Group, a firm that exclusively focuses on Labor & Employment law, is currently seeking a bilingual Onboarding Specialist for our Los Angeles office. This is a full-time in-office position.
An Onboarding Specialist contacts clients who submit their inquiry for a free consultation. They may follow scripts when talking with customers. The ideal candidate conducts a high volume of outbound phone calls, sends emails, and text messages, and responds in a timely manner. Excellent customer service skills and solid problem-solving ability are essential for this role.
A typical day for an Onboarding Specialist includes conducting a high volume of outbound calls, answering inbound calls, and responding to emails and text messages. The Onboarding Specialist documents all customer interactions in our CRM system. Exceptional verbal communication skills, pleasant phone manner, and the ability to build strong relationships are important for this role.
A keen eye for detail and a desire to help others are also needed traits of an Onboarding Specialist. The ideal candidate must have solid computer skills and a good understanding of CRM systems and practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Speaking with potential clients via phone
  • Conduct high-volume of outbound calls (150 calls per day)
  • Answer incoming calls, text messages, and emails from prospective clients
  • Scheduling appointments with clients
  • Able to craft professional text messages and emails
  • Keep track of assigned clients to follow up with them
  • Effectively communicate with clients
  • Build strong rapport with potential clients

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Minimum 1-3 years of comparable experience
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English)
