Responsibilities:
- Assess client’s individual diagnostic, social and family needs to develop treatment plans; and write progress notes and discharge summaries.
- Construct necessary recommendations for treatment modification or
discharge. - Develop and maintain clinical records to ensure compliance with COMAR
regulations. - Along with the Program Director, oversee rehabilitation coordinators by
monitoring care and progress in the Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program.
- Master's Level licensed mental health professional (LGSW, LGPC, LMSW, CPRP, LCSW-C, LCPC)
- Minimum of 2 years direct care experience
