 All American is looking for an experienced or willing to learn Service Advisor to work with the fastest growing automotive customer service segment in the United States. This position requires a high-level of customer and employee interaction, so the ideal candidate must possess the ability to provide a strong level of customer service.

What You’ll Do:

• Answer phone calls, emails, and drive-ins to address any customer concern with the highest level of response and attention
• Accurately record issues and data into Dealer Management System
• Must be extremely detail oriented
• Conduct transactions with system; walk customer through correction and provide summary
• Communicate estimated completion time, regular updates, and follow through on each customer vehicle
• Follow-up with customer on services provided; ensure they are satisfied with the work performed
• Set up appointments for the mobile fleet of vehicles each day
• Coordinate appointments daily with the technicians and parts departments
• Sell coordinated work to specific customers and fleet customers
