All American Ford & Subaru is looking for a Service BDC Representative to join our family owned and operated high volume dealership. We are looking for a highly motivated, career driven individual to join our team.

Responsibilities: 

• Handling incoming calls and following up on customer visits in a prompt, professional and courteous manner
• Responding to Internet Service Lead requests
• Working directly with the service team and managers
• Daily various duties include making and confirming service appointments
• Communicate with service advisors and service manager
• Following up with past customers
• Must be willing and able to make a high volume of outbound calls each day.
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Comfortable with computers and technology systems
• Must have the drive and desire to meet production goals and expectations
• Notify necessary departments to inform of appointments set.
• Forward customer's concerns to the Service Manager and follow-up.
• Team-oriented
