The ideal candidate will have a background in financial services and a thorough understanding of banking operations, specifically in the Syndicated Loan / Treasury(Transaction banking) / AML function. This role will require working closely with the Syndicated Loan / Treasury(Transaction banking) / AML department, IT department, and Tokyo Head Office IT development team.Roles and Responsibilities:- Responsible for business development through the relationship with clients- Responsible for establishing and running business activities for system function enhancement.
- Guide related business department members for the function definition, test support, and communication with the Tokyo Head Office to implement, enhance, and support the Syndicated Loan / Treasury(Transaction banking) / AML system, ensuring optimal efficiency and effectiveness.
- Act as the point of contact for Syndicated Loan / Treasury(Transaction banking) / AML system-related inquiries, issues, and solutions.
- Develop and maintain business requirement documents with business department members.
- Generate regular reports on user-side project performance, risks, and issues for senior management.
- Define and promote business-side member tasks
- Communicate with the Tokyo Head office system development teamQualifications- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Excellent understanding of the banking industry- Working knowledge and experience in financial services in one or more of the following domain areas is preferred;
