ABCO Maintenance, a Facility Maintenance/Construction company, is urgently hiring an experienced Administrative Manager/right hand person to support our company owners.

Job Description:

• The Administrative Manager is a CREATIVE & proactive thinker, working several steps ahead of management to ensure a smooth flow of information as well as a streamlined and coordinated approach.
• To be successful in this role, you should be a ?thinker?/problem solver, well-organized, have great time management and leadership skills, and be able to act without guidance.
• In addition, a qualified candidate must have the ability to perform the below tasks and possess the below abilities.
• Investigations ? research and make recommendations or find solutions on issues, possibly even things that are unfamiliar.
