ABCM Therapy is Hiring an Occupational Therapy Assistant - Guttenberg, IA Area - NOW OFFERING CURRENT WAGE AND/OR ACCRUED VACATION MATCH INCENTIVE! Near Hampton, IA
Under the direction of the ABCM Therapy Consultant / Occupational Therapist:
- Treats patients and communicates with families, physicians, and other health team members
- Maintains documentation of services in patient medical records
- Assists with in-service education and training in restorative and maintenance therapy techniques on an ongoing basis
- Functions within the parameters of the care center as set by the Administrator
Qualifications:
- Graduate of AOTA accredited program and licensed by the Iowa Board of Occupational Therapy
- Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills specific to the English language
- Must possess outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills
- COVID-19 vaccination is required, with exceptions for medical and religious accommodations when reasonable
