Rehabilitation Center of Hampton and Leahy Grove... is Hiring an Assisted Living Manager - CURRENT WAGE AND ACCRUED VACATION MATCH INCENTIVE! Near Hampton, IA
- Plans, develops, organizes, directs, and evaluates the services offered and provided to tenants
- Coordinates the preventative and restorative maintenance and upkeep of the independent and assisted living apartments, grounds, offices, and common areas (incl. equipment, appliances, furnishings, lawncare, etc.)
- Monitors, evaluates, and develops action plans based on tenant satisfaction, occupancy, and financial goals
- Supervises, directs, and coordinates team members whom share responsibilities between the care center and the assisted living
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent and completion of post-secondary level course(s) in business and/or marketing
- Assisted Living Manager certification preferred, along with a minimum of 1-2 years experience in human relations, marketing, business or other work-related field
- Licensure or certification as a healthcare professional or paraprofessional preferred (e.g. CNA, CMA, LPN, RN, ARNP)
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, general office skills, and basic computer skills
- COVID-19 vaccination required
