Rehabilitation Center of Hampton and Leahy Grove... is Hiring a RN Designee (Assisted Living) - CURRENT WAGE AND ACCRUED VACATION MATCH INCENTIVE! Near Hampton, IA

Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing Services (DON):
  • Completes nurse reviews and delegates / provides direct nursing care to tenants in the assisted living, according to contracted service plans
  • Oversees the provision of quality care carried out by the assisted living team members, both certified (e.g. CNA, CMA) and non-certified (e.g. Universal Worker), as needed

Qualifications:

  • Must have an unrestricted and active Iowa (or compact state) RN license
  • Must have outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills specific to the English language
  • COVID-19 vaccination required
