Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Store Manager located on King Street in Charleston, South Carolina . The Retail Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the store, managing customer service and satisfaction, supervising staff, managing inventory, creating and maintaining store displays, and ensuring that sales goals are met. This is a new store opening, so the retail manager will also be responsible for hiring their team in Charleston and helping with buildout!
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience in store management
- Ability to manage retail loss prevention tactics
- Experience in visual merchandising and the ability to create aesthetically pleasing displays
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Great networker
- Ability to lead and work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- Experience in the fashion or retail industry is a plus

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
