Full Job Description
Seeking a Customer Success Representative for a leading auto parts supplier in Dallas.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls and customer inquiries
  • Resolve Issues or complaints efficiently and courteously
  • Create loyal long lasting customers by delivering top notch service
  • Navigate multiple computer systems while communicating with customers
Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
  • Knowledge of the automotive repair industry preferred
  • Familiarity with NetSuite and industry specific technology platforms (CCC, Pinnacle, Parts Trader, etc.) preferred
  • Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly
  • Ability to adapt to a changing work environment
  • One to two years of call center environment and customer service required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
