Seeking a Customer Success Representative for a leading auto parts supplier in Dallas.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and customer inquiries
- Resolve Issues or complaints efficiently and courteously
- Create loyal long lasting customers by delivering top notch service
- Navigate multiple computer systems while communicating with customers
- Knowledge of the automotive repair industry preferred
- Familiarity with NetSuite and industry specific technology platforms (CCC, Pinnacle, Parts Trader, etc.) preferred
- Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly
- Ability to adapt to a changing work environment
- One to two years of call center environment and customer service required
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
