Duties and Responsibilities:

• Implement, conduct, develop, supervise ABA treatment: Behavior management, DTT PRT, Social Skills, Parent Education to families with children with special needs.
• Provide services authorized directly to the family and consumer.
• Maintains communication with consumer/ parent/ caregivers.
• Works collaboratively with team members (administrative and clinical)
• Collect, review, summarizes, and communicates data (data sheets, session notes, task analysis, ABC data sheets , parent goal data, etc.) and progress with the Clinical Team.
• Maintain communication with the Clinical Team for each individual program.
• Conducts supervision of ABA programs, training of staff, parent training, clinical meetings, collaboration with other providers, report writing, data analysis, assessment, implement assessment tools (VB-MAPP, ABAS-3, Vineland).
• Some virtual sessions based on each program.
• Attend monthly clinical meetings, professional development training and individual supervision meetings with clinical manager.
• Follow company cancellation and scheduling protocols

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master's degree in psychology, ABA, or any related field preferred but not required.
• At least two years of experience implementing/developing behavior intervention programs OR twelve (16) units in ABA and one (2) years experience in working with children with developmental disabilities.
• Must have knowledge of the principles of applied behavior analysis; ethical considerations regarding behavior modification; behavioral and reinforcement procedures to increase and decrease behavior required.
• Must be able to stand, sit, twist, kneel, bend over, crouch down, walk sit/ play on the floor for extended periods of time.
• Be able to lift, push and pull up to 35 pounds without assistance from another adult.
• Posses strong written and oral communication skills.
• Fluency with all Microsoft Office Programs.
• Must be working towards BCBA/BCaBA certification.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
