ABA Support Services LLC is Hiring an Assistant Clinical Director Near Bethlehem, PA

Description

The Assistant Clinical Director will support the Clinical Director and the executive director in the clinical operations of ABA Support Services LLC, and will work in conjunction with the Director of Training and Quality Assurance regarding the development, delivery and monitoring of training requirements for clinical staff. 

Principal responsibilities and duties include the following:

· Assist in the assignment, monitoring, and adjusting all behavior analyst and therapist's hours and caseloads to optimize clinical outcomes.

· Assist in oversight of clinical staff to ensure the agency utilizes appropriate processes to ensure the health and safety of individuals served. 

· Assist the clinical director and the executive director in the development, delivery, and review of training behavior analysts and therapy staff

· Conduct clinical oversight of therapy staff as assigned by the Clinical Director (including, Senior BCBA, BCBA, LBS, RBT, and Direct therapist). 

· Review FBAs, treatment plans, and individual client programs.

· Act as back up to Clinical Director in providing guidance and consultation to BCBAs/LBSs.

· Establish, develop, and maintain professional relationships with all internal and external constituencies.

· Proactively develop an outreach with other community service delivery systems.

· Assist Clinical Director as needed in maintaining direct contact with individuals and families through site visits, meetings, and conducting informal follow-up on a regular basis. 

· Serve as a role model to establish and foster a positive culture based on trust, respect, collaboration and integrity. Through personal example, establish the style and approach, which will characterize ABA Support Services LLC’s clinical reputation.

· Support Administrative Director in modeling and encouraging a Culture of Compliance by adhering to and fostering team members' adherence to the company’s Quality Improvement and Compliance Programs.

· Provide assistance in conducting annual evaluations on all BCBAs and LBSs.

· Schedule and conduct supervision meetings in accordance with supervision requirements.

· Monitor IBHS/BACB supervision to ensure requirements are met.

· Arrange and conduct RBT supervision groups

· Assign and monitor tracking of RBT supervision

· Monitor progress notes and perform fidelity checks, taking appropriate remedial action for staff consistently performing under 85%

· Develop and assign RBT supervision lesson planning 

· Track all staff training and competencies in training systems and uploads to Central Reach and/or other platforms as necessary, providing updates as needed to Leadership Team.

· Set up accounts for new hires, manage active/inactive users in training systems.

· Develop and provide new hire training for all clinical staff.

· Function as Subject Matter Expert for training systems, certification process, training materials and physical management training.

· Prepare and conduct training for internal and external staff on relevant training coursework.

· Administer assessments as needed.

· Maintain all training materials and library of resources.

· May carry a small caseload.

· Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

STANDARD REQUIREMENTS

· Must notify Executive Director of a change to schedule and/or absence.

· Ability to handle data with confidentiality.

· Excellent organizational skills.

· Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

· Excellent attention to detail.

· Must have reliable transportation to work in the field.

· Valid PA driver’s license and proof of insurance.

· Exceptional problem solving abilities

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

· Must be able to assume a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crouching, sitting, standing). 

· Must be able to lift more than 10 lbs.

· Must be able to receive detailed oral communication and communicate orally to staff.

· Must have visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned.

· Must be able to deliver physical management training.

· Must be able to drive long distances, as required to supervise staff.

Must be able to work in front of a monitor for an extended period of time

Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
