Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our team. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations and providing guidance to our team of professionals. Your role will involve overseeing clinical work related to autism, ADHD, and other developmental disorders, ensuring the highest quality of care and support.
Duties:
- Provide weekly dyadic clinical supervision
- Review assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients
- Support supervised through licensure
- Provide training and support to staff on clinical best practices
Requirements:
- PhD or PsyD in clinical or counseling psychology
-PA License in psychology
- Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disorders
- Experience in clinical supervision
- Knowledge of ICD-10 coding and medical record documentation
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
