Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Preschool Director to join our team. As the Assistant Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our preschool program, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for our students. This is a leadership role that requires strategic planning, strong educational background, and excellent management skills.

Duties:
- Develop and implement educational programs and curriculum that align with state regulations and promote the intellectual, social, and emotional development of preschool-aged children.
- Provide leadership and guidance to teachers and staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the preschool, including scheduling, budgeting, enrollment, and parent communication.
- Ensure compliance with all licensing requirements and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct regular evaluations of staff performance and provide ongoing professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate with parents and families to support their involvement in their child's education.
- Maintain a safe and healthy learning environment for all students.

Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field required;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in education administration or related field.
- Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices.
- Proven ability to develop and implement curriculum that meets the needs of diverse learners.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Experience in budgeting and financial management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
