ABA Connect is Hiring a Client Intake Assistant Near Austin, TX
*Bi-lingual, Spanish-Speaking*
This position serves as the first point of contact for prospective new clients and is primarily responsible for gathering their personal information, qualifying them for our programs, and setting up their consult and assessment appointments with the clinical team. This position oversees and/or participates in the coordination and completion of special projects and/or events as assigned.
Position Goals and Essential Job Responsibilities:
Effectively collaborate and communicate with service providers and stakeholders to provide a continuum of care to patients and their families
Accept feedback and be willing and able to implement new or modified policies and procedures as requested by the employer
Maintain confidentiality regarding patients’ and families’ personal and personal health information, avoid disclosing any potentially identifying information about patients to non-essential individuals without written permission from caregivers and approval from the employer
Devote best efforts substantially during the employee's working time to performing the job functions and duties on behalf of the employer. The employee shall provide services during the hours that are scheduled by the employer. The employee shall be prompt in reporting to work at the assigned time
Responsible for promptly connecting with new client inquiries through various inbound and outbound means, including phone, text, and email
Diligently maintain contact with every client inquiry until potential client indicates they are not interested in services; this frequently requires as many as ten (10) follow-up contacts with potential clients
Schedule and communicate new client consultations with the clinical team, per department guidelines and established company protocols
Make 50 or more outbound phone calls per day.
Set up new client accounts in Dynamics 365; update the system to track client progress in the onboarding process
Offer resources to parents and caregivers to acquire diagnosis, services, and/or provider contacts when services are unavailable through our company
Respond appropriately to and apply feedback
Demonstrate effective communication and professional interpersonal skills to facilitate effective therapeutic rapport with families and a team-oriented model with other service providers and team members.
Utilize effective time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks at one time.
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
Adhere to organizational policies and procedures and abide by code of ethics as indicated by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
Maintain a professional appearance with regard to clothing, grooming, hair, and make-up
Complete other projects and duties, as assigned

Help maintain fax, info, voicemail, and email accounts, as assigned
Work from assigned job site during standard business hours
