Summary:
- Position: Registered Nurse / RN

- $2,200 - $2,320/week
- Weekly direct deposit every Friday

- Monday - Friday - 8-5

- Responsible for providing care and services for a group of patients, visiting patients wherever they call home which could include private homes, Independent Living Facilities, and assisted living facilities. This position is a contributing member of the interdisciplinary team, providing expertise regarding psych-social assessments, interventions, and knowledge of community sources.
- 2 years of Hospice and or Case Management experience.
- CA RN License in good standing.
- Active BLS.
- Clean background check upon hire.
