Requirements:

• Ability to maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to the highest standards.
• Proven experience in guest services or a similar customer-focused role, preferably within a luxury hotel environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move (including bending, kneeling, and crouching) around for extended periods during the day.
• Capable of lifting and carrying heavy items, such as linens, supplies and guest luggage up to 50 lbs.
• High school diploma or equivalent degree, experience in hotel or a related field is a plus.
• Must have or be able to obtain TABC within 60 days of hire and maintain for entire length of employment.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work on holidays and weekends.
