We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to joinour team in a full time capacity, working in a primary care office setting in Albany,NY. As an integral part of our healthcare team, you will be responsible forproviding patient care, administering medications, and assisting with variousmedical procedures.

Requirements:

• Current New York State Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)license.
• Experience in ambulatory or primary care settings ispreferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-orientedenvironment.
• Proficient in electronic health record systems.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare charts (Via EMR), Triage, rooming, lab requisitions,Pre-authorizations, Fill Scripts
• Deliver high-quality patient care in collaboration with thehealthcare team.
• Administer medications and vaccines following establishedprotocols.
• Assist healthcare providers with examinations, treatments,and minor procedures.
• Record and maintain accurate patient medical histories andvital signs.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, andcolleagues.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain aclean and organized work environment.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to staycurrent with healthcare practices.
