Seeking an Assistant Director to collaborate with the Director toplan, organize, and oversee day-to-day activities within the Case ManagementDepartment. This role involves supervising and monitoring case managementactivities, conducting staff orientation and training, and developingdepartment policies. The Assistant Director plays a key role inproblem-solving, ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies, and serving as aresource for the team.

Compensation: $150,000 Per Year

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) preferred.

• Minimum three (3) years clinical experience in direct patient care.
• Minimum one (1) year supervisory experience in quality assessment or utilization management.

• Registered Nurse; licensed in New York State required.
• Case Manager Certification (CCM) preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) preferred.
