JOIN THE INSURANCE SERVICE TEAM!
As an Insurance Customer Service Agent at AAA Washington, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, insurance partner and sales and retention support for personal line accounts to our insureds throughout Washington and Northern Idaho. This position is hybrid and may require working from our Bellevue, WA offices. Your success in this role will be supported through paid training and insurance licensing and ongoing training throughout your career. QUALIFICATIONS
· High School Diploma or equivalent.
· 1 years’ experience in customer service field
· Active WA State Property & Casualty Insurance license, or obtained within 60 days of start date.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
After completing our training program, you will have a comprehensive knowledge of personal lines insurance including fundamental insurance principles, underwriting and risk selection, and policy provisions and coverage for all agency carriers. You will also be competent in insurance agency and insurance company P&C applications and systems.

SALARY RANGE
The base pay range for this positions is $20.63 to $28.55 per hour and the targeted hiring rate starts at $20.63 and depends on experience. In addition to base pay, this position has the opportunity for the annual companywide discretionary incentive based on performance.
